    Awesome experience and learning!

    We like the entire setup. Well educated coaches. online platform is friendly and easy to understand and Navigate. Our son enjoy all his classes and have moved ahead in Python level. We had to switch coaches in between due to their personal timing problem, but Juni took care of it and transition with the new coach was easy and we find both good in teaching. We recommend this to our friends too.

    Engaging, fun, and excellent customer service

    My middle schooler is really thrilled with his instructor, material and speed at which he is learning. It is fun and challenging. As a parent I am impressed with the caliber of instructors and customer service, from initial evaluation through any changes we have made. The 1:1 courses are absolutely the way to go!

    Juni has provided the best 1:1 learning opportunity for my daughter. They really work with parents to understand the needs and do their best in matching expectations. Also they have some of the best teachers. They are thoughtful, kind and extremely motivating.

  • Private 1:1 Courses come with a free class while On-Demand Courses come with a free week. Both are only available once per family, for new families to Juni only.

    If you don't cancel by the 7th day after your first class, you’ll automatically be charged the selected membership fee every month until you cancel or change your subscription.

  • Our program requires: 1- A desktop or laptop computer that runs Windows or Mac OS, with a working microphone, speaker, and webcam. Tablets and Chromebooks are not compatible. Students that take a Scratch coding course should also have a mouse. 2- The Chrome browser and Zoom Client must be installed. 3- A high-speed internet connection (at least 10 Mbps). We also strongly recommend headphones to help your child to concentrate, and be immersed in the virtual classroom.

  • Free sessions are for families who are new to Juni and haven't taken a Juni class before. Families may use this offer one time, so if you have multiple children, we recommend doing the free session with one child and then adding their sibling after the free session is over.

  • All Juni classes are 50-minutes long and taught 1:1 by an instructor who has been matched to your student based on their learning style and experience. Students are assigned about an hour of homework per class.

  • After you sign up, you will be prompted to select a few availability time slots that work. These times are used when matching your child with an instructor. Our Customer Support team will let you know which time slot we’ve selected 3-5 days before your first class. Generally, if you want to start your classes ASAP and you complete all the availability times and course selections, your first class will be at least a week after you sign up.

  • Yes! You can sign up for now and select a later date to start your classes. This is a great way to save your spot to make sure your student is ready to jumpstart their learning once you have time in your schedule.

  • Yes, all Juni classes can be rescheduled at your convenience within the Juni Learner Portal. Please provide 24-hour notice to change or cancel a class.

  • Yes, you can keep the same class time moving forward, however, you can also adjust them at any time based on your schedule.

  • Yes, your child will continue their classes with the same instructor, unless you request otherwise.

  • Yes, students can access the Juni Learner Portal at any time. This is also where they will complete their homework.

  • Subscribe for as long as you need! Cancel any time.

    How to request cancellation online in the Juni Learner Portal: 1- Login to 2- Click on Settings, then Account in the top right corner. 3- Find the subscription you'd like to cancel, and select "Manage Subscription."

    You’ll receive a confirmation email from us once your cancellation is fully processed. Please note that it can take up to 3 business days for this to reflect in your account. Contact us at for any membership questions.
