Juni Referral Reward Program

The Juni Referral Reward Program ("Reward Program") offers current Juni customers and instructors an opportunity to earn account credits and bonus payments ("rewards") for referring friends and family to Juni.

By participating in the Reward Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, as well as Juni Learning’s Terms of Use. Any personal information collected, processed, and used as part of the Reward Program, will be handled in accordance with Juni Learning’s Privacy Policy. Please read these FAQs carefully for more information.

Referral Reward Program FAQs

  • If you are a Juni customer or instructor inviting others, you are a "referrer", and if you are a person who receives an invitation, you are a "referee." 

  • Referrers may invite family and friends through the Juni Learner Portal by clicking the "Give $50" button in the navigation menu at the top of the screen and through the Juni Instructor Portal by clicking the "Get $100" button in the navigation menu at the top of the screen. From there, referrers can choose to share their unique referral link via social media, email, or by manually pasting their link or code (the last part of their referral link) into a different communication of their choice.

    If the referee meets the eligibility requirements, signs up for Juni, and uses the referrer's link or code during checkout, we give the referee a $50 credit and we give the referrer a $100 credit (if the referrer is a customer) or a $100 bonus payment (if the referrer is an instructor). Credits are automatically applied to the referee's first bill and referrer's next monthly Juni bill.

  • In order to be eligible for the Reward Program, the following criteria must be met:

    • The referee is a new customer to Juni, hasn't previously created a Juni account (under any name, email address, or alias), and doesn't have an existing Juni account.
    • The referee uses the referrer's referral link to sign up or enters the referral code in the checkout when signing up for Juni.
    • The referee makes a payment for:
      • The first month of classes after their free trial or free week; or
      • Their first class and the 24 hour refund period has passed.
    • The referee will receive their credits when they pay the bill for the first month of classes after their free trial or free week, or when they pay the bill for their first class. The credit will be applied to the referee's first bill. If the credit exceeds the total of the bill, the unused difference will be voided and cannot be used on another bill.
    • The referrer will receive their credit or bonus payment after their referee has paid the bill for their first paid month or has paid for their first class and the 24 hour refund period has passed. The credit to the referrer (if the referrer is a customer) will be applied to the referrer's next monthly bill. The bonus payment to the referrer (if the referrer is an instructor) will be paid as an Amazon gift card.
    • The referrer must have an account in good standing with Juni at the time the reward is granted. If the referrer does not have an account in good standing at the time of the referral, credits will be granted to the referee but not to the referrer.
    • When the referrer earns a reward, Juni will take steps to deliver the reward in a reasonably timely manner. Processing times may vary depending on the reward.
    • The referrer must have a valid email address linked to their account in order to facilitate the processing of any rewards.
  • Referral invitations should only be sent to friends, family members, and other personal connections who consent to receiving this type of message. Juni, at its sole discretion, may refuse to issue or rescind rewards if it believes that the referrer "spammed" anyone with invitations to join Juni. This includes the following examples of activities:

    • Mass emailing, texting or messaging people the referrer does not personally know;
    • Use of scripts, automated systems, or bots through any channel to distribute or post referral links or codes; or
    • Posting referral links or codes on public forums such as Reddit, Quora, etc. in a way which Juni deems to be inconsistent with the spirit of the Reward Program.

    Any distribution of referral links or codes that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for exclusion from the Reward Program and immediate termination of a referrer’s account.

    Furthermore, Juni may, at its sole discretion, investigate, disqualify, and withdraw rewards if it believes that the referrer attempted to mislead anyone in connection with Juni's Reward Program, either by affirmative representation, implication, or omission. This includes attempting to gain a discount through self-referral using a different email address. Juni may delay any reward to allow for an investigation.

  • When a referee uses a referral link or code, we send some of their personal information (such as their email address) to the referrer who provided the invitation in order to confirm the referee's sign-up. Thus, referees should only use a referral link or code that they receive from someone they personally know and trust.

    • Rewards, including any credits or bonus payments, are not transferable or redeemable for cash or cash equivalents.
    • Juni  may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the reward.
    • Juni may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend or modify the Reward Program. This will not affect the use of any reward already earned.
    • Juni reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, revoke, or recover a reward if Juni determines or believes, in its sole discretion, that the receipt of the credit or bonus payment was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of the spirit or terms of the Reward Program. Violations of these terms may also result in the forfeiture of all rewards previously earned through the Reward Program.
    • Referral rewards cannot be combined with other offers. Participation in the Reward Program may be limited to Juni customers in certain countries and certain currencies and is void where prohibited.
    • Both the referrer and referee are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from their respective receipt of credits or bonus payment.
  • Rewards do not expire but may be voided within a Juni account in the event of that account's closure for any reason.
